Harsha

Marketing & Customer Delight
Harsha is a motor sport enthusiast and loves going on long cycling expeditions in the Himalayas. When he is not on his adventure breaks, he is actively working on building and strengthening the brand, supporting growth strategies, cultivating opportunities in new and existing markets, and increasing awareness and demand for Augplat products and solutions globally. He is also responsible for customer delight so that means what we promise is what our customers experience and ensuring customers achieve their objectives and realize value from their investments. With over 22 years of experience in software product business, he understands the intricacies of entering a new market for product or design. Having spent his entire career in the product business, Harsha's deep understanding of global customer needs helps him unlock marketing and customer insights which contributes to the go-to-market successes. Harsha was part of the core team of iSpirt (Indian Software Product Industry Round Table), an industry body that aims to transform India into a hub for new generation software products and has led Software Adoption Initiative at iSpirt. He has helped launch new software products and solutions, drive business critical alliances with complementing industry partners spanning a range of industry verticals like Banking, Telcos, SIs and OEMs. He has led teams to define joint offerings and successfully launch them in the market for both market entry and market dominance. Harsha has a post graduate certification program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Kozhikode and a Bachelor’s degree from the Bangalore University. Harsha has worked on some of the leading marketing automation solutions including SFDC Marketing Cloud, Pardot, WCA from IBM, and Hubspot.

Girish

Product and Innovation
Girish is an avid reader and a self-proclaimed critic of movies, sports and food. When he’s not being a foodie or burying his head in a world of words, he leads the Product Management & Development efforts at Augplat. His vision is to develop technology that is simple, easy and relevant, for sales and marketing professionals. Girish brings over 18 years of work experience in marketing, sales ennoblement and product management for both, products and services. In his long and storied career he has successfully executed large scale GTM campaigns in global organizations, product and service offering launches and supported multi-million dollar customer acquisition efforts. He is passionate about ‘delivering excellence consistently. Prior to Augplat and Augentia, Girish led the marketing team at Icertis, a cloud-based enterprise applications company, contributing towards its worldwide digital marketing and branding efforts. He also worked at other marquee organizations such as Capgemini and BMC Software, where we led product marketing, responsible for product positioning, messaging and demand generation campaigns. Girish completed his engineering graduation from Pune University and is an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) alumnus. His certifications include Inbound Certification from Hubspot and CPIM [Certification in Production and Inventory Management] from APICS, USA.

Shiv

Customer Acquisition & Growth
Shiv is a poet, philosopher, singer and a food buff in addition to donning several other hats: corporate leader, marketing professor, entrepreneur, writer. ‘Who am I’ is an apt question Shiv asks himself, and on other days, he's busy evangelizing data-driven marketing, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for Augplat. Shiv has a long and rich career, spanning more than 2 decades, garnering experience in areas of product management, cloud transitions, pricing programs, martech, marketing strategy and consulting. Shiv has run multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and multi-year rollouts. He was in fact ahead of the curve when he established ROMI models for measuring marketing impact on businesses he served. Before becoming a founding member of Augplat, Shiv worked in different geographies including the Middle East and USA, with Fortune 500 companies and market leading organizations, and led marketing & strategic alliances teams, with brands like, Microsoft, Tally, Sage, and Compaq. Shiv loves the idea of continuous education and his double masters (Marketing and Consulting Management areas), degree from BITS Pilani and ICFAI, besides being a Chartered Marketer with CIM, UK, is vindication of that passion. He has a Ph.D on market leadership from IIM, Indore. He is a visiting faculty at IIM Raipur, IIM Rohtak, NMIMS, KIAMS and a guest lecturer at IIM Indore, Christ University, and a speaker in forums such as NAR India, and FICCI.
